Check the source before reporting
Schedules can change after publication. Compare the listing with the venue notice, organizer announcement, or linked booking source. Confirm the venue, date, local time, and screen before deciding that two records conflict.
Describe one concrete problem
Use the report action on the relevant venue or schedule and choose the reason that best matches the issue. State the corrected value and include a public source when possible. Avoid adding personal information, accusations, or unrelated reviews.
Useful reports identify a closed venue, wrong address, duplicate place, cancelled performance, changed time, or misleading source. Precise evidence lets moderators and hosts act without guessing.
- Link to the venue or organizer announcement.
- Mention when the source was checked.
- Photograph only public notices where uploads are supported.
- Use ratings for visitor experience, not factual corrections.
What happens after a report
A report enters the moderation workflow. Venue hosts can resolve operational details for places they manage, while disputed community schedules retain their provenance for review. A correction may update, cancel, merge, or remove a record depending on the evidence and ownership rules.
